The RGV Tour 2.0

In 2018 I embarked on a golf journey that changed my life. I purchased an RV and turned it into a RGV (recreational golf vehicle) and toured the country. I played golf with 793 people on 405 golf courses across 48 states and raised over $20k for The First Tee. I played a lot of golf and saw a lot of places, but the journey taught me about America and it taught me a lot about myself. That year will always hold a special place in my golf heart.

The time has come to rekindle the magic. The time has come for The RGV Tour 2.0 and I am not screwing around.

Everything on version 2.0 has gotten an upgrade. The RGV has jumped from Class C to Class A. The number of golf courses and even the gas prices are going up. The plan is so bold that In 2023 I will do what no one has done in the history of time. I will play over 500 golf courses in a single year. Jonathan and Cathie Weaver currently hold the record at 449 different 18 hole golf courses played in 365 days. UPDATE: The Weavers had the record for 13 years, but it is mine now. Once again, I will be raising money for the First Tee of Greater Seattle as well as various other charities around the nation. You are invited to make a donation and be a part of the journey.

The Schedule

Planning a 500 course golf trip in 365 days is not a simple task, but it is a task that I will gladly undertake. Please consult the schedule for a tentative outline of the planned route. I welcome invitations to play and will look to solidify the tour schedule 1-2 weeks in advance. We will also host monthly events that you can sign up for in advance. All proceeds benefit First Tee.

The First Tee

One of the best parts about the RGV Tour is that we are raising money for The First Tee. Through the game of golf, The First Tee enables kids to build the strength of character that empowers them through a lifetime of new challenges. We can actually make a difference in the lives of kids. You can donate here.

The Recreational Golf Vehicle

This is it folks, it is the greatest golf vehicle that has ever existed. The sleek black and green design allows the RGV to glide easily from course to course. The golf library has been updated and the rooftop range is more spectacular than ever. Over the course of my journey the RGV has been turned into a museum of golf swag. It is truly a sight to behold.
