Craftsman Golf

With options for about one bazillion head covers and accessories on the marketplace, it’s tough to sort through the mess and find a quality made product. That is why I check these things out for you. I scour the deep inter-webs to bring you the official verdict on important things that need your attention. Today we are talking Craftsman Golf and golf head covers.

The Craftsman Golf story starts with a fella named David and a Chinese woman named Ivy. Legend has it that on a Sunday in 2010, David was out strolling the California fairways when he came upon a head cover with superior and unrivaled craftsmanship. After some investigation he learned that it was stitched by a woman named Ivy. David and Ivy decided right there to bring this type of high quality head cover to the masses and Craftsman Golf was born.

These beauties are made of high-quality premium synthetic leather and are water and stain resistant. While that last line might just sound like a bunch of marketing, I was personally surprised in the high quality of the construction. As an owner of way too many golf head covers, these are some of the nicest that I have seen. My favorite of the crew below might just be that alignment stick cover.

Yeah sure that’s great Koenig, the USA is great and all, but I have my own logo that I want to represent.
— Random complaining person

The good news is that Craftsman golf has heard your random complaint and is offering a custom headcover solution. This service takes a little longer to ship, but it is well worth the time if you want to make an impression on the golf course. Nothing conveys style and confidence like having your own name and logo on your gear. After all, you’re a big deal around here and people need to know about it. The pricing is also very affordable for custom work.

One of my other favorite items from Craftsman golf are the knit headcovers. These beauties remind people of your cool and retro side. When everyone else has these big leather covers, sometimes a classic knit design is the ticket for success. You simply can’t disagree with this classic style.

These babies are washable, made of a strong knit material, and they fit like a glove. You can get this full set for $50. Other brands charge $78 for one similar item.
