I did some Shady Rays Sweepstakes Screening (SRSS) to make sure that the place was ready for some serious golf madness. Talamore Golf Club

One of the things that I missed on my first several visits to Pinehurst is the strong small town vibes that exist in downtown Pinehurst & Southern Pines. I would suggest paying a visit to The Ice Cream Parlor in Southern Pines and eating lunch at the Villager Deli in Pinehurst. The Drum & Quill is also a great spot if you like golf and golf memorabilia.
